  • Himmelblau B+B is a non-smoking venue. Recreational drugs are strictly prohibited
  • No pets allowed
  • We can only accommodate children 12 years and older.
  • Guests shall always behave appropriately and with discretion, respectful of the guest house environment, staff and other guests
  • During 11pm to 7:30 am guests shall be particularly considerate and refrain from any conduct that could disturb others in the vicinity
  • Only registered guests are permitted in the bedrooms – The bedrooms will not be used for business activities or for any other purposes than accommodation use
  • Facilities of the guest house are for the enjoyment of all guests. To this end, care shall be taken to respect the infrastructure, in particular furniture. The living rooms, dining area, and swimming pool are common areas of the house to be used by the guests to their need and recreation. However, guests will abide by the general house rules, especially regarding avoid making noise or disturbing other house guests. The swimming pool will be available from 07h30 until 21h00
  • Proper care should be taken of personal valuables. Safe deposit boxes are available in all the rooms. The management of Himmelblau B+B or any of its employees or representatives will not be responsible for any losses of whatever nature during your stay. This applies to injuries as well.
  • Any damages caused by the guests to property and premises due to bad behaviour/carelessness,, or keys/remotes lost will be replaced for security reasons, costs will be charged to the guests.
  • Himmelblau B+B reserves the right to charge guests additional cleaning or damage fees, or to evict guests without refund, should they fail to comply with the above-mentioned rules.
  • Management, staff or any other person associated with Himmelblau B+B will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury or illness incurred or suffered by any guests or any other person on the premises.

Checkin & Checkout

Check-in: check-in time starts at 14h00. If arranged in advance, every effort will be made to accommodate earlier bag drop-offs or late check-ins (when arranged in advance)

Check-out: Check-out time is 10h30

Bookings and Cancellation Policy

  • A deposit of 50% will secure the reservation.
  • The remaining balance to be settled 14 days prior to arrival
  • In case of one-night bookings the full amount is payable in advance
  • If cancelled 31 days or more before date of arrival an administration fee of ZAR 500 will apply.
  • If cancelled 30 to 14 days before date of arrival, 75% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
  • If cancelled 0 - 14 days before the date of arrival or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged
  • No refund in case of no show or prematurely departure
  • In case of a refund, 5% of the repayable amount will be deducted to cover bank fees.
  • Himmelblau B+B reserves the right to levy a refundable secure deposit which is payable on arrival by means of a valid credit card
  • Any facilities or other services used during the stay of a guest is to be settled in full prior to departure
  • Cancellation notices are to be made via e-mail to info@himmelblau.co.za
